Did you know the FDA has a long list of chemicals and substances that are prohibited from being used in the food we eat?

And if you're someone who actually cares about your health, which I know you are if you’re reading this, that's a good thing.

It means someone is watching what ends up on your plate.

Now here's the part nobody tells you…

There’s something else you consume every day that has no one like the FDA overseeing it.

It’s supplements.

Out of the tens of thousands of supplements on the market, no one is telling these companies what can and can’t go into them. No approval or screening before it hits the shelf.

It's essentially the wild west.

Before you go throw all your supplements away, hear me out…

There are ways to know if you’re getting a high-quality supplement. One in particular.

Third-Party Testing

Think of a third-party tester like a mediator.

When two sides can't sort something out on their own, someone with no bias toward either side steps in to give the most honest take of what’s really happening.

That's what third-party testing does for your supplements.

The supplement company wants to sell you the bottle. Of course they're going to tell you it's clean.

But a third-party tester has no stake in that.

They test the product for the stuff that isn't supposed to be there like heavy metals, contaminants, and chemicals. And they call it out.

So because there's no FDA watching the supplement industry, making sure anything you buy is third-party tested is the single best way to know you're getting something you can actually feel good about putting in your body.

But of course...companies tried to find a way around it.

“We Test Our Products”

Some supplement companies created their own testing lab in-house and use this as their justification for “clean” products.

But the company testing the supplement is the company selling the supplement…

Which makes it very easy to slap "tested for purity" on the label and call it safe.

That's why what matters most here is third-party tested.

So any supplements you buy moving forward, make sure you see “third-party tested” on the website or label.

Here's what this means for you…

A lot of the supplements you're taking right now might not pass this test.

I hate the idea of you wasting money or throwing things out so you don’t need to throw them out right now.

But when you’re done with the bottle, make sure you buy from a company that’s third-party tested next time.

Because when you’re putting something in your body daily, you want to make sure it’s the best quality.

There's a hidden benefit here, too.

This one “third-party tested” rule instantly shrinks the list of brands to trust.

With so many supplement companies out there and a new ad in your feed every day, you can see who’s the right fit. And who’s not.

Would I Give This To My Mom?

As we've been building Revitalized Therapeutics and getting our first product, Revitalized Strength, ready, third-party testing was one of the very first things we budgeted for.

Because the way I thought about it was simple…

I'm creating this for my mom. And I asked myself one question.

Would I feel comfortable handing this to her and having her take it every single day if it wasn't third-party tested?

The answer was a quick no.

So a big chunk of our budget goes to exactly this. Third-party testing on every single batch.

On that note, we just opened the waitlist for Revitalized Strength. If you want to be the first to know when it launches and become a founding member with a special (and secret😉) discount, you can join here:

One Thing To Do Today

Go grab one supplement you're currently taking. Check the label and website for “third-party tested”. If it’s not there, you know what to do.

P.S. It’s a little hard to see but if you zoom in under “Suggested Use” on our label, you can see our “third-party tested” symbol.
